    • @Monka W dude the rpm is suggested as optimal because it gives the optimal traction.

  • You probably won't see this but I recently bought my first wheel a t300rs but the detachable wheel itself is faulty the PS button is stuck... I can either send it back to cex for refund and in 1 month get the csl elite f1 set new... or I can buy a new wheel from my friend cheap tomorrow the alcantara wheel to replace my faulty rs wheel.... Would you say its worth forking the extra and waiting for the csl elite f1 or is it not really that much better than a t300rs as their both belt driven and the csl is not a direct drive... I'm in a predicament lol

    • @brad clowes the slamming is pretty normal, just a solid thunk, if it calibrates fine theres no problem. I have ffb on 100% on pc and in game f1 on 70. On 77 I had the wheel almost die. Then i added fan and i keep in game on 70. No issues since.

    • @PermaBored also sorry for the 20 questions... My t300 is 2nd hand but it is meant to be refurbished and I have a 2 year warranty.... But when I turn it on and it does its calibration thing it slams against the sides... Is this meant to happen?? Or is this a sign that my servo has actually already served a hard life prior to me owning it??

    • @PermaBored hmm that's kinda alarming tbh as I have the FFB up pretty high and sometimes spend like 10 hours straight on a game (which I'm assuming will make the hardware more likely to overheat) ... I think from what you've told me just the overheating issue alone is enough to justify me waiting for the csl... Id have no idea what to do if my t300 overheated and stopped working.

    • @Jonathan_W As a matter of fact I was a competitive league racer myself and if you truly are one too you should know it's extremely hard to keep performing consistently especially with this competitive of a grid, I mean the winner is even giving the current F1 E Sports Champion a bang for his buck in some league races. Plus setup-wise you cant say that either. JD gets significantly less time penalties than the rest of the grid over a season but that means the setup is set to a more stable drive rather than be slightly quicker with a bigger risk of eg oversteer thus more prone to corner cutting. Same applies to tyre management regarding the setup. As well, some tracks fit ones driving style more and some less. So in my opinion it was a very decent race, with the guys in front just being some of the best around in the game atm.

    • @TRL Limitless u drove a fantastic race with some bad luck (and chat lol). If I am allowed to critisize (which I hope I am), it's that on ur quali lap u weren't that committed in the first and second sector (see ur t1 for example). Sure u didn't want to invalidate, but I think p2 was definetely possible, maybe pole. In the end, with higher wings always comes the pressure of delivering in quali, because usually higher wings setups have more potential in quali. I don't think high wings was a bad choice btw; with p2 at the start you could have been in a great position to win the race at the end with better tyres

    • @Jonathan_W If you just comment that people make excuses, please stop as everything I see usually from you is negative. If I stayed in the DRS, high downforce is OP at the end of the race once the tyres go off. It's all about positioning. It looks like a tactical masterclass if you pull it off, or 'excuses' if you don't. We can do a 1v1 on the same setup I use and see who wins if you like?

    • @TRL Limitless honestly that was a really really solid performance, in such a competitive grid. I don't know what race this guy watched, taking P5 (P4 on track) with these people is a very very good effort. Keep it up mate

  • I noticed over the entire race that you were shifting up too early. I don't know if that is faster in F1 2020, but if not, I hope I can help you with that.

    • I think he shifts up early cause he can avoid oversteer and protect the tyres

  • Does adjusting the front roll bar say 3 and rear 9 help the front tires not wear as much?

  • My front tires wear out here more than the rears.

    • If u use a joipad it's normal that you wear front tires more than rears
